About us
|
 East Anglian Land Surveys Ltd was formed in 1990 with the aim of offering a comprehensive surveying service to property developers, architects, consulting engineers, local and national authorities and contractors throughout the UK.
We carry out many different types of survey work - for example small and large scale topographic surveys, building floor plans, elevations and sections, pipeline pre-surveys and as-builts and boundary record surveys. We are also approved as land and estate surveyors under the rail industry suppliers scheme. If you have any specific requirements we would be pleased to discuss them with you. |

Our Surveyors
|
 Our surveyors use only the highest quality instruments available. Our Leica total stations measure angles and distances to 5 seconds and 5mm respectively. Angles and distances are stored in on-board PC cards to ensure the integrity of the measurements. All our instruments are able to switch from the infra-red beam and prism used for normal surveys to a red laser beam. This enables us to measure distances up to 80m, without a prism, to a precision of +/- 3mm (depending on the surface). Using this technology we are able to survey inaccessible or hazardous points provided that there is a clear line of sight. |
